We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our credit card products in Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and programs. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch. Job Requirements Proven experience in product management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of credit cards and related financial products. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience working with sales teams to drive business growth and expansion.
