Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our patented AI algorithm, ensuring it continues to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to inform future product strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies.
