Product Manager

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead product management, design front-end frameworks, and enhance layouts for web, mobile, and web-based applications to improve user experience and user interface. You will coordinate and manage internal tech teams, tech vendors, product peers, and business stakeholders to align product priorities with business goals. Additionally, you will be leading efforts in planning and executing all Edtech products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand building initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, including competitive analysis - Lead efforts in user persona and scenario designing, customer journey mapping, task flow analysis, information architecture, and interaction design - Develop an ROI-driven product roadmap and manage the product backlog features in collaboration with business teams and stakeholders - Integrate and upgrade products with partner systems, automation, and content management for business growth - Collaborate with various teams including Business, Research, UX, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support for product understanding and progress updates - Conduct beta and pilot programs for early-stage product testing - Participate in release processes, regression testing, and ongoing business UAT support Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology - Proven track record of creating mobile and web applications in the Edtech space - Excellent knowledge of system architecture, technology, databases, and algorithms - Strong written and oral English communication skills - Passion for developing user-friendly experiences and product features - Understanding of the latest technology stacks and regulations - Proficiency in agile development methodologies, JIRA, and Microsoft Excel - Domain knowledge of Big Data, Machine Learning, AI-centric services, data integration, Python, DB, SQL, ETL, Data Quality, and Data Governance is a plus,
