Role Summary :

As a Product Manager for AI and Innovation, you will lead the development and execution of AI-driven products that redefine user experiences and business processes. This role requires a visionary thinker who can bridge technical capabilities with market needs to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Define product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build innovative AI products.
Conduct market research and user discovery to identify opportunities.
Translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
Prioritize features and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.
Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance in product development.

Skills and Tools Required :

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and product development lifecycle.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in AI/ML products.
Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Experience with any one of GenAI tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain).
Exposure to industries like Telecom, BFSI, or Healthcare.
