You will be leading the product function of a highly successful enterprise services organisation, with the opportunity to build category defining products in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve a combination of low hanging fruits and aiming for moonshot ideas, with a track to Chief Technology Officer/ Chief Product Officer. As a Product Manager at Aidentifi, reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing recruitment practices globally and trends to identify disruption opportunities - Scanning, identifying, and integrating third party technology products to our existing and new recruitment services to deliver "end to end" recruitment solutions to clients - Conceptualizing product integrations and taking full ownership of solutions, such as talent marketing, screening, interview process management, candidate coaching, assessments, etc - Working with clients and internal service delivery teams to ensure high service levels - Incorporating feedback to consistently improve products and ensure high-quality service delivery - Creating a long annual and 5-year technology and product roadmap for the business - Experience and enthusiasm for AI and Automation in the recruitment industry is a great plus The ideal candidate for this role will have great academics, a team player attitude, and the ability to understand abstract problems and best-fit solutions in scenarios where perfection isn't guaranteed. We are looking for someone with 4-8 years of experience in a combination of software engineering and product management.
