Executive Search Intern (Recruitment Consultant)

As an Executive Search Intern/Recruitment Consultant at Aidentifi, you will have the exciting opportunity to delve into the world of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and C-suite recruitment. We are a Singapore-based executive search firm, currently expanding in India, and seeking dynamic and ambitious interns to join our Gurugram office located at Two Horizon Centre, WeWork. This is a 3-month paid internship with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance. During your internship, you will: - Assist consultants in handling senior-level recruitment projects. - Conduct industry and talent research for key positions. - Collaborate in creating customized search strategies and talent maps. - Support in candidate outreach, screening, and coordination. - Contribute to client reports and internal documentation.
