Product Manager 1

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of product-problem areas (discovery -> solution -> execution -> impact).
• Deep understanding of the "why" behind consumer problems with a strong focus on outcomes.
• A chance to work closely with passionate teams across design, engineering, and business, all driven to solve D2C challenges.
• Learn hands-on product management in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
• Collaborate with a stellar team from top colleges (IITs / IIMs / NITs) and top companies (Meesho, Amazon, ShareChat, Ola).
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience (this will influence the salary range for the role).
• Self-starters and hustlers who prefer building in startups over working in large organizations.
• Strong SQL skills, the ability to uncover real insights by building second- and third-level hypotheses.
• (SQL is a mandatory hard skill tested in the first round. To increase your odds, prepare well before applying. )
• People who take full ownership of problems and thrive in a high-learning, fast-paced environment.
• Have built something with traction, be it a product, a startup, or a YouTube channel.
• Your college doesn't matter; your actions and outcomes speak louder.
• Bonus: Experience in a product-led company is a plus.
