Job Description

As a Data Analytics professional at Aon, you will play a crucial role in building the go-to-market proposition for data analytics using Aon tools and collaborating with clients and colleagues to enhance the overall value proposition. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the business leader in executing the data analytics strategy, developing Aon benefits advisory through analytics products, working on product proposition development, facilitating long-term cost management for large clients, participating in client renewal discussions, and generating thought leadership presentations. In addition, you will be responsible for creating a strategy for monetizing data products. Key Responsibilities: - Support the business leader in executing the strategy for Data Analytics - Develop Aon benefits advisory through Aon analytics products like Pulse, HRA, Explorer, Self-Serve, and others - Build the product proposition including ensuring the right mix of benefits/claims data and support ABS team in operational execution - Assist large clients in long term cost management by forecasting medium- and long-term health costs and identifying underlying claims trends - Participate in large client renewal discussions and collaborate with Health Risk Management teams on risk mitigation strategies - Generate significant thought leadership and data-based analytical trends presentations - Develop and execute a strategy for monetizing data products Qualifications Required: - Experience in health underwriting and formal health actuarial training with strong statistical skills - Significant experience in data analytics with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint - Strong communication, presentation, consultative selling, advising, and negotiation skills - Consulting mindset with strong analytical skills and competitive drive - Technical understanding of the insurance benefits market for health life and accident benefits in India, with some knowledge of international trends - Experience working in a matrix structured organization, team player, and collaborative mindset - Ability to manage and excel in ambiguous situations Education and Certifications: - MBA/MCA/Post Graduate diploma in business or B Tech/BBA/BA comm with additional 10+ years of experience in the insurance field - Certifications in Data analytics and Insurance are preferred Experience Required: 10-15 years Location: Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai Aon is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce where colleagues are empowered to manage their well-being and work/life balance while being their authentic selves.
