Product Lead-Business Banking

Role Overview: As a Product Lead in Business Banking at the Mumbai office within the Retail Banking unit, your primary responsibility is to scope out and deliver products that align with the Business Banking value proposition for the bank. You will guide, nurture, and collaborate with Sales teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure exceptional delivery to customers. It is crucial to operate within the compliance boundaries established by regulatory bodies and the bank, while also maximizing efficiency through Product Innovation and Process Re-engineering. Your role will involve creating a framework to deepen Business Banking relationships for the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and implement the Product and Portfolio strategy to acquire new customers and deepen relationships through various services such as CMS, trade/fx, and Working capital requirements. - Develop product lines that facilitate the growth of the business banking book. - Work closely with the sales team in different geographies to devise segment-specific solutions that provide a unique value proposition to customers. - Foster an enabling work environment by enhancing the capabilities of teams as a subject matter expert in business banking solutions. - Drive service architecture by seamlessly integrating various channels that support the business, including branch banking and phone banking. - Promote a collaborative work culture between branch, assets team, and support structures to empower front-line teams effectively. - Build a collaborative work culture among different teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Nurture and develop the sales and product team nationwide to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree, with a preference for Post Graduate qualifications such as an MBA from a premier institution. - Over 15 years of experience in related fields to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.,
