About the Role

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of
Ads products
, from concept to scale.
Build and enhance solutions across
demand-side platforms (DSPs)
and
supply-side platforms (SSPs)
to maximize monetization.
Partner with business and sales teams to deeply understand
client requirements
and translate them into product features.
Integrate with major
ad networks, exchanges, affiliate ecosystems
, and
programmatic solutions
.
Drive
performance marketing innovations
and
first-party data utilization
through partnerships with CDPs and CRM platforms.
Benchmark competition and
identify opportunities in native, display, video, and performance ads
.
Build and mentor a
high-performance product team
.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in
AdTech, programmatic ads, or performance marketing ecosystems
.
Deep understanding of
DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, CDPs, and attribution models
.
Prior experience at
publishers, ad networks, affiliates, or platforms
(e.g.,
Google, InMobi, Pubmatic, Taboola, WPP, Affle, Cred, Swiggy
).
Proven success in building
ads monetization products
or
performance-driven ad stacks
.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
