Job Description

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll define manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, considering industrial policies, standards, and project constraints. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality), lead project industrial deliverables, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of industrial documentation, such as industrial data sheets and Industrial Maturity Follow-Up (IMFU), but also support production to achieve manufacturing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.

We will look to you for:

Gathering industrial requirements and ensuring product design compliance
Designing macro-processes and introducing new technologies with validation plans
Developing specifications for industrial means and defining workstation layouts
Performing Process FMEA and validating prototypes
Supporting production post-serial Go and ensuring continuous improvement
Participating in R&D programs as an industrial representative

Education
: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical)
Experience
:
8 to 13 years in process & manufacturing engineering
role from railway
motors manufacturing industry.
Technical expertise in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and line balancing
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
Knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
Proficiency in Process FMEA, QRQC, and industrial costing
Strong team management and leadership abilities
