We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Payment Integrity Product Implementation Lead to spearhead the successful implementation of our cutting-edge payment integrity products for our client / customers. This pivotal role will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and client / customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare payment integrity processes, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Experience 10 to 15+ years experience, Strong expertise in healthcare domain, preferably with experience in Claims, Payment Integrity platforms. Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare claims processing. Deep understanding of healthcare product lifecycles. Experience in working with onshore/offshore resource models. Familiarity technical stack Exposure to cloud Azure. Strong written and verbal presentation skills required. Must be comfortable interacting with clients, technical teams. Should be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus. Strong understanding and working experience on Agile environment. Deep understanding of healthcare payment models, coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and claim adjudication processes. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software implementation projects. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with data integration and data mapping. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Required Qualifications: Experience with specific payment integrity platforms or solutions. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. (Mandatory) Experience in a client / Customer-facing role.
