Job Description

Product Growth Manager

What you'll do:-

Analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify growth opportunities
Lead A/B tests, experiments, and data-driven strategies to improve conversions
Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to drive cross-functional impact
Build and execute app-focused growth and revenue strategies
Create PRDs, wireframes, and dashboards to support product development
Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous optimization

What we need:-

3+ years of experience
in product growth, product analytics, or product management
Experience driving app growth, revenue, or user engagement
Strong growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach
Solid understanding of funnel optimization and growth strategy
Marketing or performance growth experience is a strong advantage
Skills:
SQL
