Job Description

About the Role:

Product Growth Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Experimentation & Optimization

Design and implement
growth experiments
across the user journey (onboarding, activation, retention, monetization).
Analyze and optimize
conversion funnels
using quantitative data and A/B testing frameworks.
Build automated tools and dashboards for
tracking, analyzing, and reporting growth metrics
.
Identify bottlenecks in user flows and engineer solutions to improve
user experience and product adoption
.

Product Engineering for Growth

Collaborate with product and design teams to
implement growth-oriented features
.
Develop
scalable and maintainable code
for product enhancements that drive engagement and retention.
Integrate with
analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools
to enable data-driven decision-making.
Ensure all growth initiatives are
technically feasible, performant, and secure
.

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with
product managers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and data teams
to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate experiment results and insights to stakeholders, influencing product strategy and roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
growth marketing, product management, or business analytics
.
Familiarity with
machine learning or predictive modeling for growth optimization
.
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of
retention strategies, viral loops, and user lifecycle optimization
.
