As a Product Expert – Inside Sales, you will connect with customers through calls and online product demos, manage the customer onboarding journey, and track all sales activities. You will play a key role in converting leads into active customers and sharing insights to improve our offerings.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct engaging online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailored to customer requirements and addressing their questions
• Make inbound and follow-up calls to identify potential customers and nurture leads through consistent engagement
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring customers transition smoothly from signup to active usage
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions in CRM tools
• Share insights into customer preferences and market trends to support sales and marketing strategies
• Report suggestions and feedback from customers for continuous improvement of the product and processes

What We Are Expecting:

• Internship or 6+ months of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in conducting live product demonstrations to diverse audiences
• Good organizational skills to manage follow-ups and record-keeping
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve targets
