Job Description

Product Manager: Healthcare Industry Develop and update marketing and training material, conduct product training for the sales team. Ensure that the sales team is updated with product changes and new product developments. Participate in industry-specific trade shows, training programs, and conferences, events, etc. Responsible for reviewing product performance and suggest required changes. New Product launch and ensuring effective placement of products in the respective market. Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor activity to achieve market share metrics. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort. Conducting research: studying current market trends, personas, and competitors. must analyze usage data and customer feedback from existing product. Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends. Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs. Analyze metrics to continually improve company products. Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth. Handling all social media campaigns
