• Review and monitor the overall performance of the sales team on a daily basis.
• Prepare and submit proper reports of the team performance to the company.
• Proper follow up with marketing representatives for any task assigned to the team.
• Help execute any marketing plan assigned to the team.
• Growing the market share of the assigned portfolio with the assigned team.
• Driving brand performance through relevant strategies that are practical to implement through an energized field force.
• Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
• Product training of homoeopathic/ayurvedic products and their ingredients to the marketing team.
• Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation progress.
• Timely reach of promotional plan Roles and Responsibilities

  Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation
• Good knowledge of Human Body and various mechanisms
• Good knowledge of Ayurveda/Homeopathic Products
• Positive attitude and an ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and determination
