Product Executive Job description Roles and Responsibilities : Review and monitor the overall performance of the sales team on a daily basis. Prepare and submit proper reports of the team performance to the company. Proper follow up with marketing representatives for any task assigned to the team. Help execute any marketing plan assigned to the team. Growing the market share of the assigned portfolio with the assigned team. Driving brand performance through relevant strategies that are practical to implement through an energized field force. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. Product training of homoeopathic/ayurvedic products and their ingredients to the marketing team. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation progress. Timely reach of promotional plan Roles and Responsibilities Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation Good knowledge of Human Body and various mechanisms Good knowledge of Ayurveda/Homeopathic Products Positive attitude and an ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and determination Experience : 3-5 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing.
