Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product promotion through various channels (e.g., PMT).
Provide training delivery on products to internal stakeholders (sales force) for improved performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI tracking for campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with a focus on product management or marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Biology (B.Sc.), or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of brand management principles, including product positioning and messaging development.
Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce CRM software for data analysis.
