Job Description

Position - Product Engineer / Senior Product Engineer - Mechanical (Casting, Forging and Sheetmetal skills) We are actively seeking a skilled Product Engineer / Senior Product Engineer - Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of experience, possessing strong expertise in CREO DVP (Design Validation Plan) for components in the casting, forging, and sheet metal domains. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing Creo to design and validate mechanical components, ensuring they meet rigorous performance, durability, and manufacturability . You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and assemblies, applying GD&T, and conducting design validation activities such as interference checks, mass properties analysis, and basic kinematic studies within Creo. For casting, you will optimize designs for moldability and material flow. For forging, you will consider die design and material grain structure. For sheet metal, you will focus on bend allowances, formability, and manufacturability. You will contribute to the development of DVP strategies, planning and executing validation tests to confirm design integrity. Collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams will be crucial to ensure seamless product development from concept to production. Your problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex engineering into practical, validated designs will be key to success.
