Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer - Mechanical with 3 to 10 years of experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in Creo Skills. This role is central to our NPD (New Product Development) initiatives, focusing on the design, validation, and optimization of mechanical products. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design process from concept generation through to detailed engineering, utilizing Creo for advanced 3D modeling, complex assemblies, and detailed drafting. A critical aspect of this role is expertise in CREO DVPR (Design Validation Plan and Report), where you will develop and execute comprehensive validation strategies to ensure product performance, durability, and reliability. This involves conducting various analyses (e.g., stress, kinematic, interference), collaborating with CAE teams, and interpreting simulation results to refine designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and testing to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet all specified engineering . Your ability to troubleshoot design issues, propose innovative solutions, and manage the complete design validation cycle within Creo will be key to success in this dynamic product development environment.
