Job Description

Location : Mahape

Qualification : BE - Mechanical

Important activities / Responsibilities

Design, create 3D model, and test prototypes for products / Parts in 3D design Software like SolidWorks, AutoCad. ( Product Type: Instrument Enclosure, Electromechanical assembly, Rubber seals / Parts, Injection Molded/ Die Cast / Press parts etc)
Conduct research and create design proposals for projects
Conduct design review & design verification of part/mold design
Create concepts, performance, and production criteria.
Identify and select materials needed for production / manufacturing.
Produce final concept drawings and specifications.
Tolerance Stack up analysis
Create parts lists & Bill of Materials for assembly
Experience with various manufacturing processes like machining & plastic molding,

sheet metal fabrication, surface treatment, die casting, press operation etc

Exposure to design & working of tooling such as injection mold, press tool, casting dies ,

forging, rubber molding etc.
