Product Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Product Enablement Specialist to facilitate a smooth transition for clients onto the Credgenics platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, delivering client training post-onboarding, and collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive user adoption. Your responsibilities will include: Client Training & Onboarding: - Deliver comprehensive product demos and training sessions for clients post-onboarding. - Tailor training sessions to meet specific client needs and industry standards. - Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Collaboration & Coordination: - Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand client requirements and customize training programs. - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth implementation. - Gather client feedback and provide valuable insights to the product team for continuous improvement. Process Optimization & Support: - Continuously enhance training programs to enhance client comprehension and adoption. - Monitor client engagement levels and offer additional support as required. - Ensure all onboarding sessions adhere to Credgenics best practices and compliance standards. We are looking for candidates with: - 3-6 years of experience in client training, onboarding, or implementation within the SaaS / Fintech / BFSI industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver product demonstrations. - Ability to simplify intricate concepts for diverse client teams. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Tech. - Proficiency in training tools, LMS platforms, and CRM systems would be advantageous. - A dedication to customer success and a problem-solving mindset.
