Product Director Global Customer Platform

Role Overview: As the Product Director of Global Customer Platforms in Consumer & Community Banking, you will lead customer-centric development, inspire innovative solutions, and shape the future with your strategic vision and influence. Your role will involve developing products and features that delight customers, challenging traditional approaches, fostering a culture of continuous innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a regional leader to spread organizational values and foster cohesiveness across geographic locations - Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets - Lead the entire product life cycle by planning, executing, and continuously adapting to achieve business targets - Coach and mentor the product team on best practices such as solution generation, market research, and product delivery - Own product performance, invest in enhancements, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for product differentiation Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, and technology applications - Experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities - Good understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc. - Customer-centric leader with the ability to build strong relationships and translate customer needs into technical requirements - Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics - Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities and drive change within organizations - Exceptional written and presentation skills - Preferred qualifications include being recognized as a thought leader, team skills, ability to mentor and lead teams, financial performance metric creation and analysis, business acumen, and problem detection knowledge,
