Product Director Global Customer Platform

As the Product Director of Global Customer Platforms in Consumer & Community Banking, you will be leading a team to develop innovative products and features that exceed customer expectations. Your strategic vision will drive customer-centric development, challenge traditional approaches, and inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team in developing and executing the product roadmap, vision, and business growth targets. - Oversee the entire product life cycle, managing risks and ensuring business targets are met. - Coach and mentor the product team on best practices for effective delivery of objectives. - Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. - Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives. - Provide solutions to technical and customer problems by driving technical objectives within the Chase ecosystem. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in delivering products, projects, and technology applications, focusing on managing technical platforms and data-focused capabilities. - Strong understanding of technologies like API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc. - Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements. - Proficient in driving change through influence and collaboration in a dynamic environment. - Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics. - Exceptional written and presentation skills.
