Product Director - AML/KYC

As an Area Product Owner for Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) at JPMorgan Chase within Consumer & Community Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and customer satisfaction through the development of cutting-edge solutions. Your strategic vision and influence will shape the future of the products and features aimed at enhancing the collection and maintenance of required KYC information for Consumer Community banking. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets. Leading the entire product life cycle, you will continuously adapt, develop new products and methodologies, manage risks, and ensure the achievement of business targets such as cost efficiency, feature enhancements, reusability, and reliability. In this role, you will act as a mentor and coach to the product team, guiding them on best practices including solution discovery, market research, storyboarding, prototyping methods, and product delivery strategies. You will be responsible for owning product performance and making strategic investments in enhancements that align with overall business objectives. Furthermore, you will monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Collaborating with other local site leaders, you will act as a regional leader, coordinating regional changes and fostering cohesiveness across geographic locations for product teams. To be successful in this role, you should possess 8+ years of experience in delivering products, projects, or technology applications. Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and distributed technology is required. You should also have proven experience in influencing the adoption of key product life cycle activities, managing stakeholders, and driving change within organizations. Preferred qualifications include being a recognized thought leader within a related field, skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation, and analysis, experience with public cloud data storage solutions, generative AI infrastructure, and a strong understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, and data technologies. Your ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and build strong relationships with engineers and technical partners will be key to your success in this role.,
