Product Development Manager (Floral)

Role Overview:
The Product Development Manager (Floral) is responsible for creating, innovating, and managing floral product lines—from conceptualization to market launch. This role involves trend research, design, sourcing, pricing, and ensuring high-quality standards to meet customer expectations while aligning with the company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research floral industry trends, seasonal demands, and consumer preferences.
• Develop new floral arrangements, bouquets, and gifting concepts in line with market trends.
• Collaborate with vendors, growers, and suppliers for quality flowers and materials.
• Manage product lifecycle—design, sampling, testing, pricing, and final launch.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium quality.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee packaging design and ensure sustainable, attractive presentation.
• Manage timelines to ensure seasonal launches (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Weddings, Festivals).
• Train sales and operations teams about new product offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and flower care.
• Creative eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and packaging.
• Experience in product development, merchandising, or floral industry.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into product innovation.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Floriculture, Product Design, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in floral product development or gifting industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,875.66 - ₹75,517.16 per month
