Product Development Executive

As a New Product Development (NPD) Executive at Dermatouch, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end development of innovative skincare products. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating cross-functionally with various teams such as R&D, design, packaging, and external partners to ensure the successful launch of high-performance products into the market. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the conceptualization of new skincare products based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product development processes. Additionally, you will manage ingredient research, sample requests, testing, and lab submissions while keeping track of product development timelines and documentation to meet launch targets. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in New Product Development or Product Management within FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical industries. A Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields is preferred. Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and product safety is essential. Strong organizational skills, including coordination, follow-ups, and documentation, will be beneficial.
