Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Development Executive to lead the development of innovative trims and packaging solutions. This role requires a blend of design understanding, technical expertise, and customer coordination, ensuring products meet client requirements and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product developments across woven labels, printed labels, heat transfers, hangtags, and packaging solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to convert customer briefs into product samples.
• Manage sampling process from design concept to final approval.
• Research market trends, materials, and techniques to create innovative designs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain product documentation, specifications, and development timelines.
• Support client meetings with presentations and product innovations.
• Guide and mentor junior product development team members.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and feasibility checks.
• Regularly review and improve existing product designs and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 0–2years of relevant experience in product development within trims, textiles, or packaging industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Esko and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and packaging materials.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple developments simultaneously.
