About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to work on growth initiatives and onboarding flows. Your work will focus on creating smooth first-time experiences and driving user adoption.

What You’ll Do

Map onboarding journeys and identify areas of friction.
Design experiences that encourage sign-ups, activations, and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with growth and product teams to test multiple approaches.
Build prototypes for rapid validation of onboarding flows.
Iterate designs based on data, A/B tests, and user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in product design.
Exposure to growth-focused projects and onboarding experiences.
Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex journeys.
Data-driven mindset with curiosity for experimentation.
Portfolio with measurable impact from design work.
