Product Designer

As part of the founding product design team at Shipmnts, you will have the opportunity to shape how global trade and logistics operate, going beyond just designing screens. Shipmnts is a fast-growing logistics SaaS startup that is revolutionizing the industry by digitizing and streamlining processes for freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse operators. Design is at the core of our approach, and you will play a pivotal role in defining product experiences and the design culture at Shipmnts. **Key Responsibilities:** - You will be one of the first product designers at Shipmnts, with complete ownership of core features and systems. - Collaboration is key - you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand user workflows. - You will tackle real, complex problems in global logistics, such as pricing engines, shipping documents, customs workflows, and trade dashboards. - Your role will involve shaping design systems, processes, and culture, not just the UI. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise/B2B. - A portfolio that showcases your design thinking process, not just the end products. - Strong empathy and a passion for simplifying complexity. - Ability to think both strategically (flows, systems) and tactically (details, interactions). - Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on working closely with cross-functional teams.,
