Role Description

Product Designer & Researcher

clean, intuitive, and scalable user experiences


What You'll Do

  • Design UX/UI for 

    web and mobile applications

  • Conduct 

    product research, user flows, and usability analysis

  • Create 

    wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma

  • Own 

    design systems and reusable components

  • Prepare 

    clear, developer-ready handoff documentation

  • Collaborate closely with engineers for accurate implementation
  • Continuously improve user experience through iteration and feedback


Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years industry experience

     in Product / UX / UI Design
  • Strong expertise in 

    UX/UI for web and mobile

  • Advanced Figma skills

     (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
  • Experience with 

    wireframing and interactive prototyping

  • Ability to write 

    clear developer handoff documentation

  • Strong 

    written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a 

    remote environment


Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with 

    SaaS, fintech, ERP, or B2B products

  • Experience designing 

    data-heavy dashboards and workflows

  • Startup or product-led company experience
