If you are excited about solving real-world problems, building scalable products, and experimenting with new ideas, you’ll fit right in Role Overview: UI/UX Designer (1.5 to 4 Years Experience) We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, visual finesse, and the ability to craft seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role demands collaboration, research, and creativity to deliver intuitive and impactful digital products. Key Responsibilities Collaborative Design Process Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Convert those into wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. Design Execution Create and iterate on wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and UI designs that align with product goals and user expectations. Present design concepts clearly and justify design decisions with logic and user insights. User Research & Testing Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback. Use data and insights to optimize and refine user flows and designs. Visual Consistency Maintain design consistency using design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines. Ensure a cohesive experience across all platforms and screen sizes. Industry Awareness Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools to enhance both user experience and team efficiency.
