What you’ll do

• Own the

  end-to-end design process

  — from user insight to delivery
• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to solve real operational challenges
• Simplify complex B2B workflows into efficient, intuitive, and goal-oriented experiences
• Evolve the

  RetailIO Design System

  and ensure scalability across modules
• Experiment with

  design automation tools, Figma plugins, and systemized workflows

  to reduce repetitive tasks and improve design speed
• Conduct user validation — through field visits, calls, or sales feedback loops
• Drive a culture of design thinking and cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with the PharmEasy design team for critique, knowledge sharing, and design maturity initiatives

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have
