Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Designing across surfaces: mobile-first apps, clinician tools, lab interfaces, and reporting systems with calm coherence.
• Crafting not just flows, but frameworks. Navigating ambiguity with clarity, especially when the domain gets dense.
• Translating real-world needs surfaced from user research, case studies, and cross-functional collaboration into practical, elegant design solutions.
• Working with engineers who care about polish and PMs who care about product thinking, not just shipping velocity.
• Contributing to a design language that doesn't scream look at me, but quietly says this makes sense.
  

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience designing real products shipped, used, and iterated.
• Comfort with mess: imperfect data, legacy assumptions, and cross-functional friction, you don't flinch, you refine.
• Strong sense of visual structure, narrative flow, and reducing noise, your files aren't just clean, they're thoughtful.
• Curiosity that asks why three times before drawing a box.
• A bias for clarity over cleverness, but you know when to break the rules with intent.
