About Client

This requirement is for a product development client in Fintech domain.

What You'll Do

• Closely working with clients/stakeholders to enhance customer experience by addressing their issues and pain points.
• Brainstorming and ideation of complex APIs for customization and integration of financial/lending products within multiple Apps.
• Proactively work on the possible errors/problems before they occur
• Provide suggestions and customize APIs as per the requirement of the customer.
• Design and development of customized infrastructure for the clients as per their requirements to scale up the digital lending business.
• Engaging customers through driving a higher degree of product satisfaction.
• Provide suggestions for product development as well as make necessary changes to APIs by collaborating with the engineering team, business team, and clients.
• Ownership over creating and designing high-throughput APIs to process large financial/lending transactions.

The Skills You'll Need

• Bachelors in CS/Engineering.
• Experience in client onboarding, driving technical discussions, and mapping customers’ business requirements.
• Experience in running data analytics and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial and lending platforms.
• Ability to understand the technical and business requirements of the customer for effective customization of the product.
• Outstanding communication skills with a blend of professionalism and friendliness to effectively collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
