What You'll Do

• Conceptualise, design and build new-age infrastructure for financial products like lending
• Obsessively track and improve performance metrics of existing products
• Work with enterprises. Example – NBFCs, Banks and startups to understand their requirements. Build and maintain product roadmaps
• Own and maintain product roadmap for lending infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – engineering, business, operations and risk
• Work with a stellar engineering team to bring ideas to fruition

The Skills You'll Need

• Experience in tech-focused product management
• Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and product requirements
• Uses data, analytics/insights and intuition to solve business problems
• Experience with developing business plans and helping set up the business strategy for a category
