Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies, and liaising with stakeholders to enhance and optimize customer experiences. Your role will involve participating in Agile ceremonies, providing detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project, and ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product operationalization - Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resourcing while liaising with stakeholders and functional partners - Complete change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Participate in Agile ceremonies to elaborate on requirements and impart SME knowledge - Provide detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area - 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst - Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities - Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes - Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies Additional Company Details: N/A,
