Job Description

Title: Executive – Product Data Management

Location: Pune

Experience: 1-5 Years

Role Overview

Manage, enrich, and syndicate product data across internal systems and external digital channels
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product information to support e-commerce and sales
Support Kitchen & Bath product launches and updates while meeting tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Maintain product data (specifications, attributes, content, digital assets) in PIM systems
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and retailer requirements
Execute product data syndication to e-commerce platforms and retail partners
Monitor and resolve data feed and syndication issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and improve data processes

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in product data management, e-commerce operations, or data syndication
Hands-on experience with PIM tools (Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, inRiver)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Knowledge of product data feeds (APIs, XML/CSV, GDSN)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
