Title: Executive Product Data Management

Location: Pune

Experience: 1-5 Years

Role Overview

• Manage, enrich, and syndicate product data across internal systems and external digital channels
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of product information to support e-commerce and sales
• Support Kitchen & Bath product launches and updates while meeting tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product data (specifications, attributes, content, digital assets) in PIM systems
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and retailer requirements
• Execute product data syndication to e-commerce platforms and retail partners
• Monitor and resolve data feed and syndication issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and improve data processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product data management, e-commerce operations, or data syndication
• Hands-on experience with PIM tools (Akeneo, Salsify, Stibo, inRiver)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Knowledge of product data feeds (APIs, XML/CSV, GDSN)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
