Experience : 12+ Years Required skills: PIM (Salsify & InRiver), Java / J2EE, JavaScript, DAM (Digital Asset Management) and Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) Job Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram / Pune Roles and Responsibilities Act as SPOC for the Architecture/Solution for end-to-end ecommerce ecosystem Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy for our applications involved in e-commerce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Define and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and standards that support scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies like AI, machine learning, and personalization engines Communicate architectural strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in Ensure the e-commerce architecture supports high availability, performance, and scalability to meet business demands, especially during peak shopping periods Implement best practices for security and data privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Establish and enforce governance processes for architectural changes, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards Participate in scoping, estimating efforts etc. Contribute to white papers, blogs Contribute to Pres-Sales Activities Desired Candidate Profile 12+ years of experience in PIM (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo etc) and Java / J2EE , JavaScript. Experience implementing PIM with two different products (like Salsify & InRiver) is mandatory. Design the overall architecture of the PIM system, including data models, workflows, and integration points. Design and implement integrations between the PIM system and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, e-commerce platforms, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems Customize the PIM solution to handle specific business needs, such as product attributes, categories, and classifications, workflows Experience with Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) Experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive product information, including access controls, encryption, and audit trails. Experience planning for scalability to accommodate growing data volumes and increasing numbers of users and integrations. Experience in web services (REST & SOAP). Knowledge/Experience with any public cloud like AWS, AZURE, GCP is an added advantage. Very strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications. Should have knowledge on messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS etc.), Exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML is required. Experience in Pre-Sales - defining end to end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures and non-functional & performance aspects and drive proposals. Experience in Retail - Ecommerce domain is mandatory. Very strong implementation experience using Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, and clean code principles. Should have client facing experience and have worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore model. Experience in using estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, Story points). Experience in creating presentations, demos to customers and internal management team. Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory. Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Experience in Practice related Activities like Develop POC, Accelerators development, Tools/Framework/Platform evaluation, contribution to Marketing collaterals.
