Product Consultant

We have multiple Product Consultant positions for graduates, Undergrads & Dropouts with 1-8 years of work experience in our Client Services Department across all three product areas: Event Management, Web Surveys and Supplier Network. As our clients' primary point of contact, you will spend approximately 90% of your day assisting clients over the phone or via email. There are a few other daily activities and special projects that you will be required to perform in addition to providing the best customer care possible.

Client Services Team

Our team of over 150 Product Consultants, Analysts and Relationship Managers is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. We hire bright people who are willing to learn and are extremely motivated to succeed. We have people from various educational backgrounds including computer information systems, psychology and communications.

Position Duties:

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistance
• Provide trainings and best practice tips to hotels and event organizers from around the world using the Supplier Network to market and sell group business
• Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
• Create and maintain all product documentation
• Strive to meet weekly activity metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Dropout can apply.
• Proven experience in Customer Service or similar role, with a minimum of 1+ years.
• Experience in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality is preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Salary :- Upto 7.5LPA+ Retirals
