Job Title: Product Consultant (Telecaller) Location: Gottigere Company: Cubiclecraft Job Type: Full-Time Interview Mode: Face-to-face (In-Person)   Job Overview: As a Product Consultant (Telecaller), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding their design needs, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Your role involves both consultation and sales, requiring excellent communication skills and a keen interest in Furniture Manufacturing Industry.   Key Responsibilities: ·        Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries. ·        Understand clients’ interior and furniture design requirements and suggest suitable solutions. ·        Explain the company’s services, design process, and pricing structure. ·        Schedule consultations for senior designers and follow up with clients. ·        Maintain a database of client interactions and update records in the CRM. ·        Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. ·        Stay updated with interior and furniture design trends to provide informed recommendations. ·        Work closely with the design and sales team to convert leads into projects.   Requirements: ·        Any graduate with experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales. ·        Passion for interior design and the ability to understand design concepts. ·        Strong communication and persuasive skills. ·        Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism. ·        Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. ·        Proactive approach with a result-driven mindset.   Benefits: ·        Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. ·        Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company. ·        Work in a creative, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
