Role & responsibilities

• Make calls to potential leads from provided lists and sources.

Engage with leads to understand their career goals, interests, and challenges.
Explain course offerings, benefits, learning paths, pricing, and placement support clearly and confidently.
Handle objections and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships to drive conversions.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Document and update lead interactions in the CRM system regularly

Preferred candidate profile

Salary Brackte for Freshers: 25k and for Exp upto 35k
