Product Architect

Role : Testing Lead for S/4HANA Transformation. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee and manage the testing efforts for our SAP products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with extensive knowledge of SAP systems and processes. The Test Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our SAP solutions through the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: SAP Subscription, SD , OTC and S4HANA transformation testing relevant experience is must Lead and manage the testing team to ensure effective test planning, design, and execution for SAP products. Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework to support regression and functional testing efforts. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well structured test plans and test cases. Coordinate with the development team to understand product changes and prioritize testing activities. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report any defects to the development team. Work closely with business analysts and product owners to ensure that all business requirements are adequately tested. Manage the defect lifecycle, from identification through to resolution. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers in the team, improving their testing skills and knowledge of SAP products. Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices and staying updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders. Manage testing environment setups and coordinate with the IT team for necessary infrastructure.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in a lead role. Proven experience with SAP systems, including knowledge of SAP modules and functionality. Strong experience in both manual and automated testing, with the ability to create and maintain automation scripts. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Tosca). Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ISTQB certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
