Product Architect

As the Engineering Lead (Platforms) / Product Architect at Arth Group, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading the engineering initiatives for the technology platforms under development by the group companies. Your role will involve architectural design, high-level planning, and detailed design of multiple software platforms. You will collaborate closely with the product manager to translate requirements into working software solutions and lead a technical team of software developers through major releases and code reviews. Your focus will also include technology risk assessment, mitigation, and evaluation of new technologies. - Architect and design multiple software platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements - Engage in hands-on development for prototyping and initial software releases, collaborating with the product manager - Lead and guide a technical team of software developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee Tech Quality Assurance (TQA) - Identify and mitigate technology risks, evaluate new technologies for implementation - Develop architecture and design blueprints for development and deployment - Deliver working software such as mobile applications, server applications, APIs, database applications, and integration services - Create engineering plans for feature development, address issues, and enhance features based on user requirements - Prepare reports on the evaluation of new technologies - Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university - Possession of Engineering or Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) would be advantageous - 15-20 years of relevant experience - Experience in a Fintech organization or expertise in Financial services is a plus The Arth Group encompasses various companies operating in Technology Solutions, Software Products & Services, Rural Services, and Digital Healthcare sectors.
