Product Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for developing exceptional product architectural designs for both existing and new products. Your main focus will be to enable delivery teams to provide outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing architectural designs for new and existing products - Defining product requirements and design needs by understanding product vision and business requirements - Creating a product-wide architectural design that ensures scalability, reliability, and compatibility with various deployment options - Conducting impact analyses of changes and new requirements on the product development effort - Collaborating with sales, development, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture - Identifying problem areas, performing root cause analysis, and providing relevant solutions - Supporting delivery team during product deployment and resolving complex issues - Building and maintaining relationships with executives, technical leaders, and other stakeholders - Developing and establishing relevant technical and business process metrics to drive results - Ensuring quality assurance of all architecture or design decisions and providing technical support to delivery teams - Leading the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and related artifacts - Supporting pre-sales team in presenting product design to clients and negotiating with client teams to ensure all requirements are met - Demonstrating thought leadership in front of clients - Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, etc. for new growth areas - Mentoring developers, designers, and junior architects - Anticipating new talent requirements and hiring adequate resources for the team - Ensuring onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability - Setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and driving engagement initiatives for the team Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering on various performance parameters related to product design and development, capability development, and team management. You will also play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement.
