Product Analyst

Role Overview: As a Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in gathering business requirements from clients and effectively communicating them to the technical team. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing product performance data, and providing insights to support product development efforts. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, product vision, and user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify issues, challenges, and bottlenecks in the product and address them promptly. - Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, product requirements, and change requests. - Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards. - Support the delivery of product requirements and contribute to long-term product roadmaps based on data-driven insights and customer needs. - Work closely with the Project Manager during project execution, focusing on project plans, dependencies, risks, issues management, and benefits realization tracking. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of proven experience in product analysis or similar roles, preferably in the software and IT industry. - Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and practices. - Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements and technical specifications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
