About the Role

Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth.
Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion funnel analysis to evaluate new features.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
Support data-driven product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
SQL
,
Excel/Google Sheets
, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
.
Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Understanding of UX metrics and customer journey analytics.
