Product Manager - AI SaaS

Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Sciative. As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the success of our AI-based SaaS products, ensuring they meet and exceed our clients' needs and expectations. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the product development process and making a direct impact on Sciative's growth. Key Responsibilities : 1. Product Strategy and Success: - Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. - Define key success metrics and regularly evaluate product performance. - Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization. 2. Customer Feedback and Engagement: - Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and needs. 3. Product Roadmap and Planning: - Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals. - Prioritize features, enhancements, and updates based on business objectives. - Drive the development process from conception to release. 4. Customer Journey and User Interface (UI) Design: - Map the customer journey to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with UI designers and wireframe artists to create intuitive interfaces. - Ensure the UI design aligns with the product's objectives and the user's needs. 5. Product Use and Success Cases: - Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify trends and opportunities. - Showcase product success cases to demonstrate value to clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote success stories. 6. Timeline Management: - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of product features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project schedules. - Mitigate risks and obstacles to maintain project deadlines. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in SaaS and AI products. - A deep understanding of the retail, travel, and hospitality industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications : - Previous experience in top-tier product management roles. - Demonstrated success in launching and managing AI-based SaaS products. - Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
